WARRANTY POLICY
All products have a limited warranty which covers any failures or damages caused by workmanship or manufacturing defects, for a period of 1 year from the order completion date. This warranty does not cover any failures or damages due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, modifications, or normal wear and tear. Improper maintenance or attempted repair by any party other than MCD Racing Australia or its designated representatives will void this warranty. Should you ever encounter an issue with any product, please reach out to us via email, Facebook Messenger, or mobile texting. Warranty claims are always given the highest priority. This limited warranty is not transferable.
RETURN POLICY
The order must be returned at your own cost in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
You have 30 days in which you can return the item for a refund less postage and handling and 20% restocking fee. The purchaser is responsible for all return postage costs.
Any item returned must be in AS NEW condition, and in original packaging. Complete Cars & Conversion Kits must be returned with all parts included. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the item purchased is the correct item before cutting, altering or final fitment.
Any item returned, must be posted to our Post Office Box as provided to you once approval for return has been sent. Please also include Invoice Number, items returned without a reference to the sales order cannot be processed.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if the item has been fitted or is not in original condition, including packaging, a 20% restocking fee applies.
