General Information:
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Delivery with Extra Cover is also available, please note there is an additional cost for this service. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling & packaging fees as well as the postage cost. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Please note your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Our Website has a special shipping module installed. During the checkout you will come to the shipping page that will ask you what type of shipping you want, for example express, regular and so on. Be sure to mark which one you want. As you get to the shipping section of the checkout page, you will see on-screen the postage/shipping amount being charged.

Go to the online shop page of our site.
Login, then scroll to the bottom.
Just under My Account, click on My Orders.
Click on your order number.
Your order information will be displayed, any tracking info will be visible here.
International Shipping:
We do not charge any taxes or fees for international orders.
However, your local or national government or customs office may charge you import duties, fees, VAT, etc upon entry to your country.
All duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Contact your local customs office for details.
